Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Grand Send ("the service"), operated by Spartickles Limited. By creating or joining a trip, you agree to them.
What the service is
The Grand Send helps groups organise stag and hen weekends: building a plan, splitting costs, tracking who has paid, and playing group games. It is a coordination and tracking tool.
What the service is not - money
The Grand Send is not a bank, payment service, escrow service, or money transmitter. We do not hold, process, transfer, or take responsibility for any money exchanged between members of a group.
When a group pools money for a trip, payments are made directly between group members and the organiser, using their own payment methods, outside of the app. The app only records payment status as entered by the organiser. It is entirely the organiser's and the group's responsibility to send, collect, and settle money.
We are not liable for:
- Any money a group member fails to pay.
- Any dispute between group members over money.
- Any error in a payment made outside the app.
- Any amount an organiser is out of pocket.
Payment status shown in the app reflects only what has been entered by the organiser and may not match reality.
Beta service
The Grand Send is currently in beta and provided "as is", free of charge. Features may change, break, or be removed. We don't guarantee the service will be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Don't rely on it as your only record of important information.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and genuine event organising.
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' events.
- Keep the invite links you share to people you actually want in your group - anyone with a trip's invite link can join that trip.
Accounts and access
We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email and receive a one-time link. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure, since that link grants access to your trips.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you enter (trip details, names, and so on). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to run the service for you and your group.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the service or breaches these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from money exchanged between group members, missed payments, disputes within a group, or reliance on information entered into the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Because the service is free and in beta, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us - which, during beta, is nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. We'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
